The preschool age, or the period of the first childhood, is characterized by the intensive development of all organs and systems of a body. A child since the first days of the life has the certain inherited biological properties, including typological features of the basic nervous processes. But these features make only the basis for the further physical and mental development, and the determining factors are the environment and education of the child. The tendency of the increase of the amount of children having lacks in physical and mental development is observed in the last years. The author has developed the pedagogical technology that allows avoiding these negative phenomena. The research had shown, that training to biomanagement raises the level of the motivation and the sensibleness at realization of movements; the accuracy of the self-estimation of the size and changes of various parameters of the functional condition raises, including the muscular activity and in conditions of the training; the accuracy of the self-dosage and the self-checking behind volume and the intensity of exercises was improved, the speed of the training and the efficiency of the biopower rehabilitation raise at the pathology of the motor-supporting device; the positive changes of the respiratory system, the aerobic productivity and the improvement of parameters of the health was observed.
