    The increase of an efficiency of a teaching and educational process in the educational subject "physical culture" at school is based on the theoretical and experimental substantiation of the organizational-methodical approaches allowing finding the target orientation of the base and additional physical education of pupils. The basis of the development of education programs is made with the theoretical positions determining the role of the system and activity approaches pedagogical problems solving; the results of social-pedagogical researches in the area of development of the contents, the perfection of the education organization, the differentiation and individualization of a training in a comprehensive school. Modern representations about the components of organizational-pedagogical technology allow to judge the presence of the following interconnected directions of the optimization of a teaching and educational process: the pedagogical requirements, the pedagogical estimation, the creation of the problem situations, the creation of situations of the success, the influence of information, the pedagogical environment. The development of elements of the organizational-pedagogical technology of a managerial process by pupil's physical activity formation is based on the specified theory-applied positions.
