    The level of sports development in any country is determined in many respects by the organization of sports work with children and teenagers. In our country children and youth sports began to develop especially actively since 1956. With the each decade the sports of maximum achievements looked younger. The success of the development of children and youth sports promoted in much by the effective organization of the medical support of sports reserves training in sports-educational organizations of the physical culture and sports orientation. The questions of the organization of the medical support of sports reserves training in the modern conditions are determined by the complex of contradictions between needs of young athletes in the preventive medical aid and the real opportunities of the medical service of the sports-educational organizations of the physical culture and sports orientation to provide it; the variety of physical culture-improving and sports services; the condition of material base and the qualification of the medical staff for their satisfaction. The author of this article represents one of such structures.
