    A successful realization of the projects on the development of physical culture and sports put forward depends on the supplying the given area with highly skilled experts, the level of professional preparedness of which will provide their active and effective participation in this process. The author, offering the decisions of the existing problems connected with the increase of efficiency of an educational process and the quality of vocational training of students of sports high schools, speaks about the necessity to consider them in a complex of existing interrelations between the components in a complete system of educational process. It will allow to avoid mistakes and to achieve the rational, simultaneous improvement of the quality of functioning of all structural units that will allow to come to the achievement of the required result of training in a high school.
