    It is spoken about the Russian development of sports program which starts to cover the population of the countries all over the world in the correspondence form. This program is based on creation of World Bank of information where the data from national databases should transmit. With the participation State Committee of sport and Ministry of education of Russia the program was approved, got the status of a national one and became the most mass movement of youth in our country. The program completely coincides with the purposes and tasks of the United Nations, the UNESCO, the CART and can become a powerful planetary movement of population for healthy way of life under patronage of presidents of countries-participants. Authors consider, that it is necessary to bring in the given question to the discussion of the Council of physical culture and sports under the President of the Russian Federation rule.
