    The head idea of this work consists in the construction of the sports education focused on the development of a person as a subject of culture. In the article the authors describe the organization and a technique of realization of a role game "Dialogue of cultures" at lessons of physical culture in higher educational institutions. The basic essence of the role game consists in the search, the analysis and the comparison of senses of physical culture of various cultural-historical epoch (values, forms, functions, means, methods, forms of the organization etc.). With the help of the similar role games authors offer to form effectively the physical culture of the personality of students.
