    The Result of the traditional training of the sports staff is the expert with standard thinking, focused on the narrow understanding of the problems in the field of the optimization of a state of health of pupils, their physical preparedness, poorly showing the initiative and creativity in professional work. The experimental data on the formation of the creative professional-pedagogical position received by the author allow rather definitely and correctly to carry out the optimization of the educational process and, what is very important to prove the requirements to the technology of psycho-pedagogical support during the professional training of the future experts in sports education.
