    The content of the article is the result of the scientific search of the ways of solving the actual problem: a safety for health and development of a person in conditions of the modern sports education at a microlevel (school, high school). The author opens conceptual positions on the basis of the complete approach to the research of safety (safety of health of aperson) in the pedagogical system. There was proved the expediency of the realization of the special pedagogical training of a specialist in high school, with amplification of attention to the formation of the research culture of a teacher providing the safety of the pedagogical process for health and development of pupils.
