    Pupils of 6th, 8th and 10th forms of nine educational organizations of Surgut city and the Surgut area have taken part in the research (1350 children). The educational organizations, professing various approaches to the formation of skills of the healthy lifestyle were taken for the comparison. The uniform questionnaire of the international sample with 70 questions for pupils of 6th, 8th forms and 77 questions for senior pupils was offered to all children. The results of the present research testify for the benefit of the system approach to formation of healthy habits, which is the most effective to realize within the framework of school service of health which can provide the real integration in the activity of experts of the various structure. The level of the health of participants of the educational process depends not so much on the type of the educational organization, but on the effectively organized teaching, educational and improving processes.
