The purpose of investigation is elaboration of the models and assessment methods for the pro-social behavior as the most important features of volunteers. The article justifies that the sets, relations and graphs theory is mathematical base for the modeling and assessment of the pro-social behavior. The methods of investigation include the scientific-methodic literature and volunteer movement management practice analysis, modeling, multi-parametric analysis, quality measurement methods, sets, relations and graphs theory methods. The methodological foundations of investigations include the system approach (it considered the volunteers collective as controlled social system), the competence oriented approach (it considered the interrelation of volunteers pro-social behavior with connection with their personally-professional abilities), the quality measurement approach (it proclaimed the necessity in pro-social behavior assessment), the personal oriented approach (it considered the volunteer as persona reflected in the pro-social behavior, and interrelation of pro-social behavior with preparedness to personally-professional self-determination).
