    В статье проанализирован уровень физической и функциональной подготовленности курсантов Тюменского военного института инженерных войск разных годов обучения. В исследовании приняли участие 143 курсанта с 1 по 4 курс обучения. В результате исследования физической подготовленности курсантов была выявлена тенденция к повышению ее уровня у курсантов с 1 по 3 курсы, и ее незначительное снижение у курсантов 4 курса, а также была выявлена тенденция повышения уровня функциональной подготовленности у курсантов до 3 года обучения и ее снижение у курсантов

    The article contains the analysis of the level of physical and functional training of cadets of the engineering troops of different years of study. The 143 cadets from 1 to 4 training course participated in the researches. As a results of the researches of student's physical training the tendency for increasing of the training level among the students of the first - third courses has been revealed, with its slight decrease among the students of the 4th course, also the tendency for increasing of the functional training level of students up to the 3d year of training has been found and its decline among the students of the 4th year of studying. The authors have identified the main reasons for decrease of the studied indicators for the engineering troops student, and the proposals for changing the identified trends have been stated.
