    The modern condition of physical education of preschool aged children is characterized by the low efficiency, which is not providing a due level of their physical health. The sports training of preschool children, in opinion of authors, consists in formation of bases of physical and spiritual culture of a person. The pedagogical process of the adaptation of a child's organism assumes the sufficient duration of the training cycle (4,5 months) and the distribution of means and methods on the basis of the system of the organization and the management of sports training in view of the positions of the theory and the technology of physical education of preschool aged children.
