    The tasks of this research were to consider physical culture as an object of cognition and to try to wide borders of apprehension about this. The authors has solve these tasks with help of activity's psychological theory, which explains origin, development and functioning of human psychology. The activity's psychological theory shows how the biological essences' instinctive level of life are changing by perceived management to self-behavior. Due to the analysis of physical culture in the aspect of activity's psychological theory it was possible: - to more fine differentiate influence on mentality and forms of public consciousness of a man by its various resources; - to separate "motivation" and "the social importance of needs' satisfaction for a subject" action from activity by criteria; - to expand borders of a subject of an integrated physical culture science, having included in it the problems of motivation of engaged people.
