    The purpose of the given research was the analysis of magistracy graduate's main professional qualities. The authors tried to answer the question: "To which professional activity master of physical culture is ready?". They have formulated the requirements to master's training: fundamental scientific preparedness, readiness for the defence of a master's dissertation, and also a readiness to practical work. The complete mastering of the subject contents is necessary for training of modern master. Besides the concrete definition of the contents of the specialized education is needed. Thus, the first basic block contains of a categorical knowledge, the second block is represented with a disciplines of specialization.
