    Two tendencies characterize the beginning of the third millenium. 1. Global human ecosystem is in danger owing the serious disbalance in manufacture and distribution of goods and services. 2. The accelerated changes in the extremely non-uniform economic and social development of some regions. This process requires regulation for the prevention of unhealthy ecological and social accidents. The sports require a clean and healthy environment, the same as also environment should not collapse, be exhausted and degrade under dash of sports. All involved in sports are responsible for the achievement of steady ecological development in sports and the care of an environment is the vital task of struggle for clean and healthy sports in the third millenium.
