    The role and place of health-improving physical culture in the formation of a healthy lifestyle as the major alternative to the negative phenomena in a society when the development and the realizations of the programs of social policy for our society should be re-interpreted. The necessity of the system decision of problems to increase the efficiency of occupations by health-improving physical culture is obvious. Now it is possible to allocate two basic social-economic problems. 1. The social-economic aspects of occupations by health-improving physical culture in realization of human potential. 2. Perfection of the mechanism of health-improving physical culture financing.
