    Представлены исследования в законотворческой деятельности на территории Тюменской области в сфере физической культуры и спорта.

    The lawmaking activity in the subjects of Russian Federation is consecutive and forms the concept of management in the area of physical culture and sports. The basic tasks in lawmaking is the state support in the financial stabilization of the branch, in the stimulation of preferential taxation, which promote the realization of social-economic conditions in health-improving work for the population and for the changes in the sports of maximum achievements. The successful decision for the today's problems of development and functioning of physical culture and sports, the management in that area are possible first of all on the perfect legal basis ensuring the rights and the freedoms of citizens in Russian Federation.
