    Sports as the important social phenomenon passes over all levels of modern society, rendering wide influence on the basic areas of its life. It influences to the national attitudes, business life, public situation, lifestyle, ethical values. The phenomenon of sports has powerful socialization force. The politics for a long time consider sports as the national interest, capable to rally a society by the uniform national idea, to fill with the original ideology, aspiration of people to a success and victory. Sociological interrogations, and especially of the youth engaged in sports, shows, that the phenomenon of sport forming initial knowledge about life and world. The people, who passed "the school of sport", are convinced, that the sports helped them to bring up the faith in their forces and opportunities. The efficiency of socialization by the means of sports activity depends on, as far as the values of sports coincide with values of a society and personality. The American sociologists have made the conclusion, that the sport accumulates in itself the basic values of the American society. Due to the occupations of sports or even during the contemplation of sports competitions the public values are appropriated by the personality as his (her) individual ones.
