    The international sports movement, concerns to the social phenomena rendering essential influence on life of the people, which purpose is to put sports on the service of the human harmonious development. Here the attempt is undertaken to generalize all made in this direction, to the plan prospects of the further development of the scientific researches opening the essence of management by social processes in the International sports movement. It is known, that during management there various public attitudes are forming. However in themselves they can not adjust the norms of the law. They are carried out during management and they are administrative. Influencing on all set of the public attitudes, on all social structures and kinds of activity, management in the International sports movement in modern state solves the task of optimum performance and development of social body by means of the maximization of the activity of a subject and an object of a management.
