    The perfection of the system of education requires the development of new concept about the place of faculty of physical education in the structure of a university and in the educational-treatment process. The real embodiment of this concept in physical education is connected to the development of the modern technology of the physical culture teaching of ensuring the required level professional psychophysical preparedness of future specialists. The technological approach to the professional-applied physical training of universities students should provide formation during the training of the necessary specialists' psychophysical qualities in future, the applied knowledge and skills, which will help them to adapt for industrial environment quickly, to increase the level of professional reliability. The perfection of teaching in new technologies and using them in the process of training will allow students to play the more active role during the education, and to teachers to have the feedback. The new approach to the development of the technology of physical culture teaching in universities will promote the preparation of the specialists for the national economy of ХХI century.
