    The computer technologies form the essentially different style of work, which appears more psychologically acceptable, comfortable, mobilizing creative opportunities and intellectual potential of a person. The creation of new computer engineering - not ends in itself, but first of all it is directed on the use of computer technologies in scientific researches, manufacture, life, sports, for realization of educational and other tasks. The support of the educational process by the software always accompanied the development of a theoretical and practical idea on their effective use in pedagogical activities. In that connection the questions of the development of the theory and practice of computer technologies use in the educational process is very interesting. The creation of the software of new generation with the use of the artificial intellect systems, the expert systems can go in impasse, if in the construction of programs the general laws of forecasting and theory of technological limits will not be taken into account.
