The results of conducted research clearly shows the high degree of pupillometry data correlation with the data of Diacoms and complex medical research at the estimation of the athletes functional state. The pupillographic parameters are highly informative at the estimation of nervous system resources, the state of vegetative regulation, the adaptive capabilities, the recovery rate and the training degree. They can be successfully used as additional criteria for the detections of hidden pathology in CNS, VNS, the psychosomatic disturbances, the sporting orientation of beginning sportsmen, the detection of training level, the correction of the training process on the different athlete's preparation stages. Thus, the conducted research confirms the expediency of an usage of the binocular synchronous pupillographic monitoring of a organism functional state in the practice of sports medicine.
