    The significant problems arising at the treatment of the fractures of pelvic bones accompanied with the conservative methods of therapy, caused the active operative therapy of patients, which is much more often applied now. Many postoperative complications can be avoided with the help of the early activation of patients, using special short plaster "unloading" bandage with extension of extremity on an axis. The received data prove, that at patients with the unloading bandage as against other patients, the disappearing of a painful syndrome and the restoration of the power of muscles are observed earlier. The "unloading bandage" promotes the more successful realization of the resourses of regenerative therapy at patients, operated concerning the fractures of the pelvic bones in the early postoperative period of regenerative therapy.
