    The urgency of the problem is determined by that multiple sclerosis (MS), as one of the heaviest and progressing diseases of nervous system, affect mainly persons of young age, and the tendency of the growth of this disease is marked today. The feature of the effective physical rehabilitation of invalids with MS is the complex approach including education and trainings by physical exercises in the combination with psychoregulating lessons and methods of social work. The increase of the level of physical activity, endurance, the psychoemotional stability, registered after the course of rehabilitation, allows the majority of invalids to leave on the new level of independence in daily life and to change the internal attitude to disease.
