    The purpose of this paper was to discuss the humanistic focused social policy in relation to invalids and to show the important role of spartian program in its realization. The author asserts personal by oriented humanistic concept of the attitude to these people, within the framework of which the task is put to help the invalid to struggle not only with illnesses, but to give him the equal opportunities of high-grade participation in all areas of life and kinds of social activity. The spartian games, the preparation for them, the other forms and methods of spartian program allow to increase the efficiency of the processes of social rehabilitation and integration of invalids at the expense of formation of new spiritual, emotional and social-psychological conditions of their motor, intellectual and communication activity.
