Вывод: успешность овладения различными структурными элементами системы физического воспитания (теоретической подготовленностью по физической культуре, владением навыками физкультурно-оздоровительной деятельности, а также навыками начальной спортивной подготовленности) тесно связана с уровнем сформированности разных социально значимых качеств личности учащихся начальных классов.
The analysis of primary school pupils' physical education has shown, that if the earlier accent was made on the development of the physical sphere of a pupil, but to mental parameters and to "social intelligence" the smaller role was allocated, now the situation varies. Today is the objective necessity to bring up the people capable to be trained quickly, easy to master the plenties of new information, to process and to transform the received knowledge and skills according to a quickly varying situation. The physical education is focused not into the fastening of knowledge and skills, but into the formation of socially signified qualities of a personality, which will serve that base, on which the process of self-perfection of a man in physical, mental and social spheres of activity is possible. Such an approach requires the reconsideration of the number of the important rules in the system of education.
