The individual approach to physical education was and still remains to be hard accessible ideal in physical culture of a person. However the differentiated approach is quite accessible for realization, but requires a lot of special researches. The 15-year's experience of work with the students of the pedagogical college has allowed to draw some results. The material for research is received as a result of the teenage girls sample's study. Total amount of sample contains of 232 girls. The sample of 48 teenagers, who have entered in a school in 1992, was studied in the most details, because the study proceeded within all four years of their education in social-pedagogical college. The allocated five groups of the teenagers with the various initial level of physical development and age dynamics have made a basis for the development of differentiated lessons system.
