The affective value of neosport determins the behavior choice of teenagers and structure of values accepted by them in many respects and negatively effects to the process of the formation of the personality's Olympic culture and the Olympic mentality of a society. The undertaken research was carried out with the purpose of the definition of the attitude of pupils to wrestling as to sports show in the state of the process of the directed formation of the Olympic culture. The wrestling was chosen from the group of extreme kinds of sports not casually. First of all, it is very popular now in the Northern America, and secondly, at all of it showiness, this kind of neosport is most socially dangerous for the society, as it propagandizes cruelty, violence, ruthlessness openly. The basic method of the research was the anonymous sociological interrogation, which was carried out in the high classes of St. -Petersburg comprehensive school. The questionnaire included 14 questions of the closed character. 48 men have taken part in the interrogation. The results of the research have shown, that it is necessary not only alternative propagation of the Olympic values both ideals among children and youth, the distribution of the Olympic knowledge, but the large-scale development of the Olympic sports also.
