For the majority of people the word Ushio associates with the Chinese gymnastics, and its synonym Kung-Fu - with blockbusters of Bruce Lee and Jackie Chang. But these representations reflect only the part of the huge "System of systems", which has arisen in the deep antiquity and was improved on an extent of milleniums and has kept traditions up to now. The distinction of sights on it is not surprising - you see only their basic styles where some thousands are totaled. The Ushio (in literal translation "military arts") is both the improving gymnastics, and the sports, both the martial art, and the medicine, and in the effect they are the way of the spiritual enlightenment - that is the science of life. The mental, physical and spiritual aspects of the existence of a human are closely connected and influence against each other: the change of the mental condition can cause changes at the physical level, the spiritual - on the psychophysical etc. These interrelations are taken into the account in the techniques of the Ushio. The universality of the Ushio system allows to begin occupations practically in any condition of a health and at any age period. The results of the carried out research allow to make the conclusion about the real improvement in the psychophysical condition of 7-14 years aged children as the result of the Ushio occupations, about the occurrence of an opportunity of physical and psychoemotional perfection of a child also.
