    The world community has already generated the social order for the creation of the large-scale sports movement for the population of the various countries of the world. This movement should carry the expressed improving orientation and to cover all layers of the population. Due to the modern information systems, it provides the improvement of the mutual understanding between peoples of the world and make possible the realization of this dream of the mankind on the boundary of two milleniums. This program develops in the Russia for seven years. More than 5. 000. 000 of children from 70 regions of the Russia participate in the program directed on the healthy lifestyle. The Decree of the President of the Russian Federation N823 about realization of this program was issued. The program corresponds to the purposes and tasks of the UN, the UNESCO completely and can become the important contribution to the matter of strengthening of the international mutual understanding for the maintenance of the best life for present and the new generations of people of our planet.
