    The education becomes one of the major and central spheres of human activity at the present stage of the development of a society. Prospects of the development of the country depend on the ability of an education system to satisfy the needs of a society. Now the special urgency and value is got with the effective personnel support of the spent reforms and transformations. The one of the major tasks becomes the problem of the organization of the purposeful additional professional training providing the improvement of the professional skill and the retraining of adult specialists. The concept of additional professional training in the area of physical culture, sports and tourism defines ways of the transformation of the scientific and innovational complexes of the system of additional professional training to the national resource of updating and development of the country, escalating its spiritual, intellectual and economic potentials.
