    The conceptual bases of formation of the educational standard of additional professional training in the area of physical culture and sports is represented by: 1) the number of significant-useful ideas and the paradigms forming complete set of ways and methods of the solving of problems of additional education. 2) the system interdisciplinary complex of the philosophical, pedagogical, psychological, medical and biologic, economic, social bases forming its theoretical-methodological and social-technological borders; 3) the requirements "necessities and sufficiency", on the one hand, and requirements of the urgency - with another.
