    The purpose of this research was to substantiate the approaches to the process of experts training quality improvement in the area of physical culture and sports. The authors investigated the directions of the professional activity of MPSU physical culture faculty graduates, the data on 7 classes (1994-2000) are collected and results of professional activity of 336 graduates are analyzed also. The authors had revealed the levels of professional motivation in coaches with the experience more than 3 years having 1st trainer's category on judo, and in MPSU physical culture faculty students. The graduates do not aspire to work by the chosen profession, notwithstanding that during educational process they highly estimate the social importance of work (44%) and motive of self-affirmation in work (35%).
