The official documents of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation frequently flashe with the concepts of the "post university education", "additional professional training" and so on. However all of them are easily stacked in one word collocation - "compensative education". Finding - out, why it occurs and became the purpose of this paper. The treatment of the purpose of improvement of professional skill as updating or upgrading of theoretical knowledge and practical skills in many respects is connected to the arising tendencies occurring first of all in information-technological processes. Certainly, at all variety of forms, methods, means it is necessary to take into account the specific features of such students, who has the usual outlook, their life experience, experience of sports, administrative and pedagogical activity, an own sight for a way of realization of the potential behind them.
