    There were developed the intensive researches and the methodical elaborations directed on updating of the theory, the technique and the contents of physical culture and sports training in the last decade. There were validated and experimentally approved the new approaches, interesting techniques and forms of occupations by physical exercises that has resulted in the strengthening of the role and the importance of physical training in the life of each person and the society as the result of these researches and elaborations. The increasing break between the levels of readiness of graduates of sports high schools both growing inquiries and the diverse interests of the modern society is obvious today. The formation of the information culture of the specialist in the system of the improvement of the professional skill will help the solving of these essential problems of the physical culture and sports.
