    The serious methodological problem consists in the substantiation of professional additional education system structure, and in research of those system-creating factors, which give to system complete properties also. The general tasks of the structural divisions, which are carrying out additional professional training of specialists: 1) The organization and the realization of the improvement of professional skill of teachers; 2) The updating and the deepening of the knowledge of experts in professional and psycho-pedagogical areas on the basis of modern achievements of the science, engineering and technology, information of education; 3) The development of the new forms, methods and means of training and the increase of the general culture of experts; 4) The training on the basis of the modern achievements of the pedagogical science, the introduction of methods of the activization of the cognitive activity, means and the intensive technologies of the training; 5) The development and preparation for the edition of curricula, programs, manuals.
