    The description of the system-modular technology of the construction of the educational process in the courses of the improvement of the qualification of the staff on the physical culture and sports is given in the article. There is offered the certain organization of the educational process, allowing correcting the curricula and programs for the separate categories of students. The detailed description of the separate blocks of the represented system is given and its advantages at the organization of the additional education are shown. The system-modular technology allows to operate the organization and the contents of the educational process directly, forms the methodological basis for the development of the curricula, programs and other methodical documents assisting successfully to realize the educational process of the improvement of the professional skill of various categories of students, approaches it to the real conditions of a professional work.
