    The mass production of computers, the software, and also constant perfection of means of information communications open ample opportunities for information of educational process. The basic innovation introduced in educational process by information communication technologies is the interactivity that assumes not only dialogue of a trained person and a computer, but also the trained one and the teacher in the real time scale. The information and communication technologies (including the Internet) make the basic of the remote education. The sociological investigation of the RSAPC students has shown, that they are ready to use technologies of the remote education in the educational and sports practice. The studying of the lead centers of the remote education in the Russia has given the basis to make the project of the software for the remote education "ORBIT". The beta-version of the software "ORBIT" on computer science and physics is approved by the Russian state academy of physical culture and Russian Judo Federation. Developments for other educational subjects and kinds of sports are conducted.
