    The physical education is called to play the special role in the complex and the multifactorial process of the person's individuality formation. It creates the base of the health for the development of other parts of the person's culture and provides the internal guarantees of the efficiency of the education-cognitive activity and the dialogue in the complex social-economic and ecological conditions. It promotes the accumulation of the initial experience of the adaptation of the future worker to the conditions of the market relations. Such adaptation becomes objectively necessary because the market is connected with a mental and physical intensity, with a risk, with a competition, to the responsibility, mobility and the highest professionalism, with the ability to designing the adequate system of attitudes and a behavior. The basic for the new methodology of education there is the concrete definition of the understanding of the person's essence, because ones interests in the education are priority, and the self-education has got obviously personal orientation. The construction of pedagogical systems of the physical culture is methodologically justified in this connection, proceeding from the understanding of the person: a) as the subject of the subject-cognitive activity; b) as the subject of the social activity; c) as the subject of the existential activity; d) as the subject of the physical activity.
