    The authors of this paper were tried to adapt semantics of the rating in the social life within the last decade. The system of the application of the rating technologies in the pedagogical process is given in this paper. The algorithms of the competition in knowledge, the citation index, the distributions of the intellectual activity allowing different estimation of the activity of each participant of the educational process are presented. The educational process is guided by the serviceability of trainees and on the ability of active use of the received knowledge in the competition in a knowledge. The diagram of the daily differentiation of the power and opportunities which depends on the efficiency of used technologies of the education and the abilities of trainees to perceive, process and reproduce the information is offered in the article. The approach to the estimation of the social importance of researches is determined. The citation index of the researcher depends on the rating of the concrete work recognized as the corporation of scientists, or the set of the works estimated through the Internet.
