    The development of the system of the continuous education (family, kindergarten and a school) which components are focused on formation of the healthy lifestyle in children - is the basic idea of the concept offered by the authors. Therefore in the basis of the concept the valeological paradigm of the pedagogical activity within the framework of which the existence of conducting the idea of humanization of educations - "The creation of the Personality" is takes the place. A human creates himself, switching in the process of knowledge on the level acceptable to him. The question is the formation of the individual philosophy of health in children on the basis of knowledge and skills received in the system of preschool and school education. The solving of this task is connected with the renewing of the pedagogical activity on the basis of the valeological dominant and with the development of the pedagogical systems constructed on the priorities of a health. It is possible to create the valeological dominant only as the result of specially organized education where the opportunities of each child are realizing. The reference to consciousness through the system of knowledge of the healthy lifestyle and skills, an output on subconsciousness through the formation of skills and habits of healthy lifestyle is represented by the pedagogical task that still has not received the effective solving.
