The progress in world sports demands the constant search of effective means and methods of the training of athletes of various ages. Thus the sports training of the young athletes demands from the coach the knowledge not only the features of the influence of those or other loads on the functional condition and physical development of an organism, but also how this knowledge can be applied by the development of the technique of training. The modern feature of many kinds of sports is the early specialization. The muscular trainings, and also participation in competitions show the increased requirements to cardiovascular system of athletes, and especial in the teenage period when there is a rough reorganization of all organism is lead. The authors offer the effective methods of muscular training of young athletes based on the knowledge of physiology.
