    The ability to carry out the task under the speech instruction characterizes the complication of the behavioural reaction of the child as randomness of the action, providing his adequate interaction with an environment. The problems of the perfection of mechanisms of highest nervous activity of children of preschool age are not described in the scientific researches much and do not contain the data on each age which is included in the first childhood. This circumstance limits opportunities of the development of the new approaches on the essential problems of the physical and the intellectual education of children of the preschool period, their familiarizing with the creative activity in the appropriate kinds of the activity. For the deepening of the knowledge on the problem authors surveyed 120 children of 4-6 years in view of the functional asymmetry of the brain. They expanded the theoretical and practical aspects of the problem, have revealed some mechanisms of the participation of hemispheres of the brain in their adaptive behaviour and differentiated variants of its display.
