There is the tendency, which is not taking into account upbringing of physical properties with a support on personal features of girls in the theory and the technique of physical culture and sports. This fact speaks that the technique of physical educaation is insufficiently oriented to personal features during lessons of physical culture while all know their influence on engaged at big and limited physical loads. There were surveyed 43 11-12 aged schoolgirls. The optimization of educational process at lessons of physical culture in many respects depends on mental features of schoolgirls. Hence, the account of mental features will allow the teacher of physical culture to solve pedagogical tasks more successfully. The basis for this purpose is not only management of the psychophysical condition, but also necessity of the account of personal features. So, for example, display of aggression in limits from 4,0 up to 5,0 points testifies to its norm in the behavior, the similar approaches are undertaken and concerning other properties of schoolgirls at lessons of physical culture. The account of the given priority of physical features and properties of girls will allow expressively change the pedagogical process of education of the personality at lessons of physical culture.
