    The unsatisfactory situation with the health of pupils, no doubt, should be examined through the prism of dynamics of formation of personality, functional and biological maturity of systems, individual qualities, properties and abilities of the growing young organism. The formation and strengthening of the healthy lifestyle of young Russians will allow to provide the best conditions for their development, perfection and strengthening of health. The model of modern educational process is based on the physiological and psychopedagogical preconditions of an optimality and gradualness, use of functionalities and a level of health of a growing young organism. The primary goals in pedagogical technologies of realization of the mechanism of management of the healthsaving environment of the young population are the self-education and the education of pupils to the elements of personal hygiene as the essence of the vital education. The numerous researches of psychophysical potential and the level of health in conditions of application health strengthening technologies carried out by authors have revealed their high efficiency. Therefore it is wrongfully to speak about the crisis of education, including the physical one even in the difficult sociopolitical and eco-economic conditions of the Russian Federation.
