    The rest of children of Russia in conditions of the Black Sea coast is rather effective form of their health improvement. But the long road, the change of time zone and the climatic conditions cause the desynchronizing of physiological functions in the child. The rest of the child in the health improving institutions is subdivided into two periods: the adaptable and the basic. The purpose of the research was to study the efficiency of influence of the health improving program developed by authors to an organism of teenagers during their 24-day's stay in the children's improving center. 79 girls and 68 boys aged 14 have taken part in the research. The program of motor activity in the conditions of children's improving center developed and introduced in practice has allowed to influence parameters of physical preparedness of children from various regions of Russia effectively and to achieve the positive results with a help of the features of adaptable reorganizations.
