The backlog in the level of motor activity, in the development of physical qualities: forces, speed, endurance, dexterity, flexibility, spatial orientation, vestibular stability etc. is observed at children with intellectual and physical restrictions. The modern curriculums of the specialized schools working with children with heavy speech infringements, give wide the creative opportunities for the organization of physical education. The complex technology of physical development included the following forms of physical education of children with heavy speech infringements was used in work: morning hygienic gymnastics (up to 10 minutes), sport minute, sports break, cheerful starts, sports hour, homework, improving physical culture. The experiment was carried out on the basis of special speech school № 26 of Krasnodar. 60 children of experimental group and 62 children of control participated in it. The age of children in the beginning of experiment was 7 years, in the end - 9 years. The physical development of pupils was determined by somatoscopy, somatomethry and physiomethry. It had been showed that such kind of children has very special problems in all parts of body development. It is necessary to research their lifestyle for better rehabilitation and social adaptation of them.
