    The pedagogical technology of the realization of the main conditions of pupils physical training according to "local" biorhythms was worked out on the base of taking into account the sharp changes of the functional state of pupil's organism during the school year. These changes are conditioned by the natural-climatic conditions of living: "polar night", "polar day", and migration of children for summer vacations. As a result of it there were worked out the next periods of using the studying material during the school year: 1st quarter (September-October, usual change of day and night) - "pulling in", 2nd quarter (November-December, polar night) - "basic", 3d quarter January-March, getting out of polar night) - supporting, and 4th quarter (April-May, beginning of the polar day) - competing. The pedagogical technology of the biorhythmization of the educational process adapted to the local natural-climatic conditions of living gives the opportunity to improve the physical training of the pupils living in North.
