The adaptation to physical loads for the long time drew the attention of researchers and remains the one of the actual problems of the sports medicine. The essence of is in disclosing the mechanisms due to which the unexercised organism becomes trained. 212 athletes have taken part in the research (124 men and 88 women) 15-30 years of age with complaints to various microtraumas of extremities and body. Everyone were diagnosed and passed the course of classical manual and hardware diagnostics for revealing of the zone struck by the microtrauma and simultaneously the parallel diagnosis - the sports cellulites on the struck area. There were used the high-frequency photo, thermodetection and thermography in the research. The results of the carried out research shows, that the methods of the high-frequency photo and the thermography can be used for indirect diagnosis of a microtraumatism in athletes. The numerous researches and supervision are still necessary to prove their expediency. If they will be ratified in sports-medical practice in future, they can inform us on the condition on the high loaded zones of an athlete body and to warn about microtraumas even before the occurrence of the objective and even the subjective clinical data on them.
