    The authors had undertaken the attempt of the early revealing of the arterial hypertension and an overtrain of the heart of teenagers in occupations by sports, by periodic echocardiography inspections in out-patient conditions. 135 teenagers aged 13-16 years were surveyed. The data received by the authors allows adding the usual ideas about changes of hemodynamics in that age period. There was found the line of factors, on the one hand, confirming the usual ideas about changes in system of blood circulation in this age period, with another the bringing specifications concerning the degree and character of changes of functions of heart of the teenager on the basis of studying of the sizes, volumes, weight and functions of the left ventricular cavity. The received data allows to consider the inmyocardium pressure as an informative parameter of the current and potential frustration of activity of the heart in teenagers with the arterial hypertension.
